Job summary

You will work in an office setting on projects spanning loans, KYC, AML workflows and integrations with enterprise systems. You will build RESTful APIs, containerize services with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable backend capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI or Django web frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Databases experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps and third-party systems.
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts.
• Knowledge of Git and DevOps practices.
• Banking domain experience in Loans, KYC, or AML is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions.
• Build workflow automation for Loans, KYC, AML onboarding and compliance.
• Develop scripts, services and utilities to streamline operations.
• Create integrations between enterprise systems, databases, APIs and workflows.
• Support Copilot Studio agents through custom Python services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to enable system interactions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation for performance and scalability.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
