Qualifications

• Basic laboratory techniques with good accuracy.
• Experience in material preparation, device fabrication, or testing is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to operate equipment and manuals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing perovskite solutions and materials for experiments.
• Support device fabrication processes like thin film coating, laser scribing, and module assembly under engineer guidance.
• Conduct standard testing and characterization of perovskite solar cells (e.g., efficiency testing, stability tests).
• Record experimental procedures, observations and results in lab logbooks.
• Prepare samples for analysis and operate lab instruments (e.g., SEM, XRD, UV-Vis).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lab workspace per safety protocols.
• Carry out routine calibration and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues in Singapore to support project needs.
