Job summary

KIBING SOLAR ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an hands-on Assistant Process Engineer to join our R&D team, advancing perovskite photovoltaic technology.

You will support coating, vacuum deposition, PVD and thermal evaporation processes for mini-modules, driving process optimization and equipment troubleshooting while aligning with the R&D team for stable fabrication results. Qualifications include a diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields, with experience in thin-film

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience in process engineering, thin-film processing, semiconductor, photovoltaic, coating or vacuum deposition.
• Hands-on experience with PVD, vacuum deposition, thermal evaporation, coating or thin-film processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Good communication and coordination with junior engineers or technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform perovskite coating and vacuum deposition processes according to experimental schedules.
• Support PVD and thermal evaporation processes for perovskite mini-module fabrication.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Conduct process monitoring and thin-film measurements to evaluate process performance.
• Maintain accurate process records and promptly identify and report abnormalities.
• Coordinate daily work activities and guide junior personnel where required.
