Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage global supplier development and procurement strategies to support both product innovation and enterprise operations.
• Identify, assess, and onboard material and service providers; gather and analyze quotations, secure optimal terms, and prepare procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure outsourced partnerships (OEM/ODM) meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve cost competitiveness through supplier negotiations, value engineering, and product optimization.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and execute audits or corrective actions to maintain quality and timely delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of sourcing or procurement experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Skilled in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Proficient in SAP B1.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,200
