Job description

Job Details:

• Salary UP to $3,200

• Monday to Friday (8:30am - 6.00pm)

• Working location: Kallang

• AWS & Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase requisitions, quotes, and purchase orders efficiently.

• Review material demand against lead times, MOQ, and pricing.

• Submit approval requests for excess PO quantities due to MOQ.

• Collaborate with planning to expedite materials for production.

• Track raw material deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.

• Source spot buys for urgent or one-time material needs.

• Propose spot buy options with PPV to support quick-turn orders.

• Coordinate RTVs and replacements with suppliers and QA for quality issues.

• Adjust material schedules based on changing demand.

Job Requirement:

• Proficient in using SAP or other ERP systems
