Job summary

Fusion Worldwide in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Representative to source products in the electronic components market, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships. The role emphasizes real-time market feedback to sales and product teams across global locations, with a clear path to uncapped earnings.

You will engage with vendors, identify new opportunities, and support the Account Executive team using our ERP system.

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment.

• Proficient with standard business tools (email, MS Office 365).
• Effective negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source products through prospecting new suppliers and manage existing supplier relationships.
• Negotiate procurement terms, price, and ship dates.
• Ensure quality standards align with Fusion Worldwide’s commitments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives via ERP system and maintain detailed notes.
• Proactively present offers of product to sell and seize opportunities.
• Provide market information gathered from vendor discussions.

Position Summary: As a purchasing representative, you will be expected to source and fill customer requirements in the electronic components industry. You will be negotiating transactions and identifying new vendors. You are also going to provide feedback and market information to the sales staff and product management team in real-time by interacting with our other global locations. In addition, you are going to get the opportunity to create demand, keep your eyes open on new opportunities and be a great trader. The role provides the opportunity for exceptional high earning potential with uncapped commissions.
