• Electronics MFGindustry

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

• Basic salary up $3300 +AWS + VB+ 15 days AL

• East area (Kallang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full procurement cycle, including purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Validate purchase requests by checking demand against lead times, MOQ, and pricing before approval.

• Submit approval requests for purchase quantities exceeding MOQ via the company portal.

• Coordinate closely with the planning team to prioritize and expedite materials needed for production.

• Track and follow up on raw material deliveries to ensure timely arrival and minimize delays.

• Source spot buys or one-time purchases to fulfill urgent material requirements.

• Provide the sales team with price variance (PPV) options for urgent procurement needs.

• Liaise with suppliers and QA to manage returns and replacements for defective materials.

• Adjust delivery schedules based on changes in demand and manage inventory to prevent overstock.

• Handle supplier negotiations, PO cancellations, payment issues, logistics, and system updates in SAP.
