• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to draft, review, and finalize supply agreements and contracts.
• Ensure that contracts align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and economic factors that may impact raw material costs.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through negotiations, bulk purchasing, and alternative sourcing.
• Coordinate with the logistics and inventory management teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and ensure a reliable supply of raw materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase, supplier contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on raw materials sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
