Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to efficiently manage order processing, purchasing, and logistics. The successful candidate will be pivotal in coordinating procurement efforts and negotiations with suppliers both locally and internationally. This role demands at least a Diploma and a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar functions.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal sales/project teams and clients.
• Purchasing:
• Handle local and overseas procurement.
• Source for suppliers both locally and internationally.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Logistics (approx. 5%):
• Coordinate local deliveries and international shipments.
• Liaise with the store on incoming goods.
• Others:
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
