Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to forecast demand.
• Review and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Establish cost control strategies and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with finance and warehouse departments for invoice verification and inventory control.
• Manage and mentor a team of procurement officers or buyers, where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years Experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
