Job description

  • Position : Purchasing & Logistics Executive (Freight/Incoterms) - Loyang/East

  • Location : Loyang Way

  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Engine Spare Parts Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.

  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

  • Co-ordinate with freight forwarders regarding shipment.

  • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.

  • Assist in managing and following up overseas orders.

  • Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.

  • Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.

  • Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.

  • Handle all correspondences and liaising with the counterparts.

  • Receive and processes customers orders, inquiries, and or complaints covering the products ordered.

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of relevant experience

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
