A manufacturing firm in Singapore is looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Assistant. Responsibilities include processing purchase requisitions, monitoring supplier deliveries, and assisting with inventory management. Candidates should possess GCE 'O/N/A' level or equivalent and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Process the purchase requisition raised by Requestor with the release of purchase order to suppliers.
· Update the Delivery status thru’ email and Promise Date in ERP system.
· Monitor and assist in Expediting with suppliers.
· Perform Store receiving GRN and Materials Issuing to Production / requestor within the Group.
· Do stock picking based on Job Pick list given by planner.
· Assist in Periodic Physical stock counts and inventory cycle count.
MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
· GCE ‘O/N/A” level, Nitec Certification or Diploma fresh graduate
· Good Written and verbal communication skills
· Relevant Purchasing & Logistics background preferred
· Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint
