  • Manage the entire purchasing cycle from sourcing to tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement control procedures.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships and resolve issues.
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations including storage and handling.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and relevant regulations.

Job description

· Purchasing:

Managing the entire purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to placing orders and tracking deliveries.

· Inventory Management:

Maintaining optimal inventory levels, involving stock cycle count, and implementing inventory control procedures. And meeting inventory target set by superior.

· Team Leadership:

Leading and supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.

· Supplier Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and resolving any issues that may arise.

· Warehouse Operations:

Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse, including storage, handling, and issuing of goods.

· Data Analysis:

Analyzing inventory data and purchasing trends to identify areas for improvement, cost saving and cost optimization.

· Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

· Others:

Able multitasking.

Perform any other duties as required by superiors.
