A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement process. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the full purchasing cycle for machine components. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and relevant procurement experience.

Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers for machine components, materials, and services.
Manage the full purchasing cycle including issuing POs, requesting quotations, and verifying deliveries and invoices.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings, favourable payment terms, and timely deliveries.
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to meet project timelines and cost objectives.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and cost tracking for audit and compliance.
Monitor inventory turnaround time and manage procurement for project cost control.
Handle supplier relationships, resolve quality issues, and arrange technical training when needed.
Support smooth operations by collaborating with Accounts, Store, and Project teams.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in purchasing equipment parts for manufacturing or automated machinery; exposure to semiconductor equipment is highly preferred.
Experience in marine industry or furniture parts procurement is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers.
