Job description

• Manage full procurement processes, including issuing Purchase Orders and RFQs, coordinating with local/overseas suppliers, monitoring shipment & delivery status

• Oversee logistics and production planning activities, ensuring cost-efficiency, quality compliance & timely delivery of materials

• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers & assess supplier performance

• Negotiate pricing, lead times & payment terms to achieve optimal procurement outcomes

• Monitor warehouse stock levels to support production requirements & manage Engineering Change (EC) processes

• Prepare purchasing reports and data for management review, and lead initiatives to improve and streamline procurement systems/processes

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management orequivalent

• 2-3 years of procurement experience in Manufacturing industry will have added advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office andERP/MRP System

• Possess good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders/vendors
