Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, supplier quotations, purchase orders, and goods delivery in line with company purchasing policies.
• Negotiate pricing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate and oversee the supply of food provisions and freshwater to vessels, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, vessel crews, and the Shipping department to ensure smooth procurement operations and resolve any supply issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,500
