A private company in Singapore is seeking an individual for a sourcing and purchasing role. Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, managing orders, and liaising with international clients. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have relevant experience, and be fluent in Mandarin and English.
Job Description
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and purchasing such as heavy machinery spart part and materials.
Managing email by checking & replying in time.
Liaising with oversea suppliers/ clients for online purchase-related matters & monitor shipment status.
Issues a Tax invoice, Quotation and Purchase Order.
Monitoring company insurance.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
Must have relevant experience.
Fast learner, responsible & well-organised with good interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time.
Flexible, possess a willing-to-work mindset.
Able to speak & write in Mandarin & English- Liaising with China Supplies
Knowledge in sourcing for spare parts would be an added advantage.
Preferably Singaporeans/PRs
