Job description

  • Position : Purchasing/Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) - Up to $5,000 - Tai Seng
  • Location : Tai Seng
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + AWS + Bonus + Annual Increment + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Health Screening + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Semiconductor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
  • Conduct demand planning based on customer’s requirements and forecasts
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
  • Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan HQ
