A leading human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking an administrative staff member to handle various tasks including correspondence typing, payment processing, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative duties efficiently.
Typing of correspondences, quotation, progress payment claims, tax invoices etc.
- Update of employees' Name list/workers' insurance
- Process payment to suppliers and employees'/ workers' salaries
- Liase with vendors to order goods, check pricing, stock availability and delivery
- Perform any other admistrative and accounting duties as assigned.
- Coordinate logistics with company drivers
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of procurement, contracts, employment and office documents.
- Prepare site work start documentation.
