Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in fulfilling requisitions for raw materials, subcontractors, and office supplies
• Generate and process purchase orders, oversee delivery schedules, and maintain accurate purchasing records
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues
• Support inventory management in collaboration with workshop/store personnel

Minimum Requirements

• NTC/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical or Precision Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in Oil & Gas or Engineering industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic negotiation skills and ability to liaise with suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
