Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le secteur médical recherche un spécialiste des achats pour gérer la procurement et le vendor management. Vous aurez la responsabilité de maximiser l'efficacité des achats, de maintenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs, et d'assurer un inventaire optimal. Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en administration commerciale ou une qualification similaire, avec au moins 1-2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine.

  • Minimum 1-2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans les achats ou la gestion des fournisseurs.

Job description

Job Scope:

  1. Procurement & Purchasing:
    • Source and purchase goods and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Review purchase requisitions and negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
    • Process purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and track product receipt.
  2. Vendor Management:
    • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
    • Regularly evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, price, and service.
    • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any delivery or quality-related issues.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory.
    • Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all purchased goods.
    • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Ensure purchases stay within the allocated budget.
    • Review purchase orders and invoices, ensuring they are aligned with budget and approval guidelines.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate regular reports.
    • Prepare reports on stock levels, purchase trends, and supplier performance for management review.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments such as production, sales, and finance to align purchasing needs and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Diploma or ITE certification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.
    • Familiarity with basic procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  3. Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
