Job description

Basic up to $2,600 + AWS + VB

Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders for spare parts, engineering materials and internal customers.

  • Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve delivery issues

  • Track order status and maintain accurate procurement records

  • Coordinate with engineering teams to understand technical requirements

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project schedules

  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies

  • Research potential suppliers and recommend if suitable

  • Submit monthly procurement reports to superior.
