Position: Purchasing Assistant (Order Processing)
Location: Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from Yio Chu Kang MRT)
Working hours: 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3300 + 10 days Annual leave + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Order processing - quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders & invoices, packing list, shipping documents, sales and suppliers report
Arrange Shipments, pick and pack for local deliveries and export shipments
Liaise with regional offices, customers, suppliers and forwarders
Handling of phone calls
General sales & admin duties & support
Any other duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent with good pass in English
Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Processing/Purchasing Role
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse inMandarinonly
