Job description

• Location: AMK
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Job Description

• Receive and process procurement requests, create and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely, quality and quantity-compliant deliveries.
• Assist in the drafting and archiving of procurement contracts, and promptly follow up on order reconciliation and settlement to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Handle incoming material anomalies, coordinate with suppliers for resolution, and assist in addressing customer after-sales issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade or related fields preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a related role; experience in the communication or electronics technology industry is advantageous.
