Job summary

FUJI TRADING (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a purchasing coordinator to manage enquiries, sourcing, supplier coordination, and quotations. The role emphasizes prompt delivery, lead-time tracking, and compliance with critical processes.

You will coordinate with internal and external parties, arrange freight and export documentation, and flag high-risk orders while fostering strong interpersonal relationships and cost-conscious purchasing.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing is required.
• Minimum GCE N, O level or Diploma.
• Ship chandelling experience is advantageous.
• Ambitious with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Diploma holders with no experience are welcome; training provided.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• Processing of enquiries/RFQ and understanding clients requirements

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm / Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday off)
