A leading company in drilling services is seeking a procurement professional to assist in demand planning and inventory coordination. This role involves managing stock levels, liaising with suppliers, and working cross-functionally to enhance supply chain efficiency. Purchasing:
Ø Assist in demand planning and forecast analysis to maintain optimal stock levels
Ø Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation
Ø Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking
Inventory Coordination:
Ø Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business demand without overstocking
Ø Update inventory management systems and generate stock reports
Ø Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouse and transport providers
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Ø Liaise with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement and stock strategies
Ø Assist in resolving supply chain issues and delivery discrepancies
Ø Support continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency
