We are looking for you,

Purchaser, Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO) Procurement

to our Procurement team in Tuas, Singapore.

You will focus on purchasing materials and services to Neste’s refinery in Tuas and occasionally for Neste’s other refineries in Porvoo Finland and Rotterdam, The Netherlands. In this job you will work closely with Refinery work planners, Sourcing managers, Suppliers and Warehouse operations. In our team, you will collaborate with category sourcing managers in ensuring cost effective contracts, drive supplier performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes. Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

Manage end to end purchasing process for Technical Materials and Technical Services including but not limited to :

prepare and issue requests for quotation (RFQ)

perform commercial bid evaluations

negotiate with the suppliers

prepare and issue purchase order

participate in delivery control and claim issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving continuous cost savings.

Diploma / Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of working experience in Procurement function

Systematic way of working, exactness, flexibility and responsibility

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills

Interest in working with systems/data management

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
