Job summary

A temporary position for a maternity cover in Singapore is available, focusing on procurement responsibilities, including liaising with suppliers and managing purchase orders. Responsibilities

• Direct liaise with Suppliers/Vendors for quotation.
• In charge of issuing Purchase Orders and updating project costing.
• Keep track of goods delivery dates.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Direct liaise with Suppliers/Vendors for quotation.
• Capable of negotiate with suppliers.
• In charge of issuing Purchase Orders.
• Update of Project costing tracking
• Keep track of goods deliver date, making sure that the goods arrive on time.
• Assist in daily receiving of goods and project costing data entry.
• Answer phone call
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Secondary/O-level/Pre-U/A-level/Diploma or equivalent
