Job Description
- Daily approval of invoices for AP payment: Checking/approving invoice numbers, amounts, POs, and attachments to process payments in the system.
- Monthly SOA clearance of Vendors/Suppliers: Maintaining supplier SOA to ensure all payments are up to date.
- Pricelist comparison and updates: Gathering monthly price lists from suppliers and updating the system database.
- Customer relationship building: Engaging with customers to gather feedback and communicate requirements to suppliers.
- Develop new customers: Approaching potential clients and introducing our services.
- Sales reporting: Compiling weekly sales figures for reports, updating data in shared Excel files.
- ERP System management: Training staff, testing the system, and providing user guidelines.
- Operations procedures management: Developing and ensuring smooth process flows for purchasing and operations.
- Inquiries and quotations: Assisting with follow-ups on inquiries.
- Vessel onboarding: Managing daily communication for vessel onboarding processes.
Job Requirements
- Experience in purchasing related to provision supplies and bonded stores for vessels.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
