We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced team player to join our team in the Construction Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Issuing of purchase orders, sourcing, liaising, negotiating and follow-up with suppliers documentation, pricing, quality, etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure on-time deliveries
• Coordinate purchase activities with internal departments and external parties
• Develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate
• Take a leading role in the development of new and existing suppliers to support current and long term sourcing needs
• To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties and miscellaneous administrative job
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
• Able to work independently with initiatives
• Possess good attitude with good sense of responsibility and team player
