Job summary

CES_SALCON PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source, negotiate and coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors across construction projects. You will monitor variation orders, control costs and ensure compliance of contractual records with clients and suppliers.

The role requires independent work style, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure while delivering timely budget and cash flow projections, tender documentation, and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in handling Contractual Terms & Conditions in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information to managers and clients.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and coordinate between vendors, sub-contractors and manufacturers.

• Issue progress claims, certifications, and invoices to clients on timely basis.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Responsible to verify, cost-control of all sub-contractors or vendors. Inclusive project claims and expenses within the budget.
• Monitor all contractual record with clients and vendors are compliant as to protect the company interest at all time.
• Prepare pre and post budget, progress claims, projected cash flow, tender documentations and final accounts.
• Ensure every progress claim, certifications, invoices to clients are issued on timely basis.
• Any other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Chain.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in handling of Contractual Terms & Conditions in Construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients.
