Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for sourcing, comparison, selection and negotiation with existing/potential new suppliers.
• Handling purchase requisition, quote and issuance of PO.
• General Administrative duties in workshop environment including but not limited to receiving, storing and issuing parts.
• Assist in inventory management for the spare parts for fleets.
• Respond to stock inquiries, quotations and orders from maintenance team.
• Plan, organize, carry out and evaluate physical stock counts.
• Maintain stock records in the system & trace stocks when discrepancies are reported.
• Prepare and present stock & inventory records/reports.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Construction or Heavy Machinery Industry is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in the Senoko Drive Area.
• 5 days workweek.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
