Job summary

A procurement consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement processes. Responsibilities include managing relationships with suppliers, leading negotiations, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Job Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, Evaluation, Contracting and vendor management.

· Lesioning with the China office for rate negotiation, bidding, invoicing.

· Identifying potential new suppliers, conducting due diligence, and managing supplier onboarding processes.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· conduct regular analysis of procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and process improvements.

· Conducting supplier evaluations, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost targets.

· Support initiatives and efforts to manage supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues.

· Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement industry best practice, leverage data to drive best practice across the account.

· Conducting market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.

· Maintain vendor contracts, review them , negotiate the rates , etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement. Experience in furniture procurement, Real Estate and hospitality industry are advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive cost savings initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Be well versed in creating and using Excel spreadsheets with complex formula.
  • Proven record of working independently, a self-starter.
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong team playing skills.
  • Act with utmost integrity.
