Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, inventory, finance) to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in pricing.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company purchasing policies and procedures.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist in budget preparation and implement cost control measures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Semiconductor, Automotive, or Electronic Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations.
• Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
