Job Description:

1. Procurement Leadership: Manage sourcing and procurement across overseas publishing markets (SEA, NA/EU, JP, KR) — covering localization, user acquisition, payment solutions, and regional marketing vendors.

2. Vendor Ecosystem Development: Build and maintain a trusted network of international service providers, ensuring high standards in quality, delivery, and compliance.

3. Strategy & Optimization: Develop tailored procurement strategies for each target market, while streamlining processes and driving cost efficiencies.

4. Market & Industry Research: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regional best practices to inform marketing operations and strategic decisions.

5. Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure procurement activities meet relevant legal, privacy, and IP compliance standards across jurisdictions.

6. Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with publishing, marketing, legal, and finance teams to support smooth vendor engagement and execution. Operational Excellence: Maintain clean procurement records and performance data, and support team objectives through knowledge sharing and collaboration.



Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; fluency in both Chinese and English for professional communication with colleagues in China.

2. 2+ years of experience in overseas marketing, game publishing operations, or international procurement; gaming industry background is a strong advantage.

3. Deep understanding of international vendor landscapes and procurement workflows across marketing, localization, and digital services.

4. Strong commercial negotiation and project management skills, with a keen eye for compliance and cost control. 5. Passionate about the gaming industry.
