For new graduates or those with 1‑3 years of experience, a structured development programme (PSLP General Phase) offers exposure to policy, operations, stakeholder management across at least two sectors. More experienced candidates can advance via the Mid‑Career Leadership Track.

Mid‑Career Leadership Track (MCLT)

The MCLT serves as a central gateway for mid‑career entrants, allowing placement into PSLP Sectoral Phase or Administrative Service. Successful candidates will receive structured rotations and onboarding support.

• Central gateway for applying to Leadership Programmes.
• Candidates may be placed into PSLP SP or AS, with placement decisions based on experience, calibre, readiness and seniority.
• Structured job placement and onboarding support tailored to transition into the Public Service.
