Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a licensed Psychologist to deliver clinical psychology services in a West location. This is a five‑day work week (Mon–Fri), with standard office hours in a collaborative healthcare setting.

You will conduct screenings and assessments, provide individual and group therapies, and develop treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and ongoing professional development are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology).
• 1-2 years' experience counselling or providing psychological interventions for patients with chronic medical/psychiatric conditions in outpatient settings.
• Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in Primary Care Psychology, chronic disease management, preventive health, and population health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings, clinical interviews, and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans to support psychological well-being and health management.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines for holistic patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and care planning for integrated delivery.
• Support development and evaluation of mental health initiatives and service improvements.
• Provide education and training to healthcare professionals; engage in supervision and continuing education.
• Assist with service planning, clinical administration, and departmental projects.
