Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology).
• Min. 1–2 years’ experience providing counselling or psychological interventions for patients with chronic medical and/or psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in Primary Care Psychology, chronic disease management, preventive health, and population health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological screenings, clinical interviews, and comprehensive assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Formulate and implement treatment plans to support psychological well‑being and health management.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to provide holistic care.
• Participate in case discussions and care planning to support integrated service delivery.
• Monitor programme performance and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and facilitate educational programmes and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Assist with service planning, clinical administration, and departmental projects.
