Job summary

GovTech Singapore is looking for an IT Audit Officer to support the Government Financial Statements audits. The role involves conducting IT audits, preparing reports, and ensuring effective remediation of audit findings. Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, tertiary qualifications in IT-related fields, and knowledge of relevant systems. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in auditing IT systems.
• Professional certification such as CISA or equivalent (e.g., CISSP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits to support Government Financial Statements.
• Prepare draft audit reports communicating findings and recommendations.
• Validate audit findings to ensure effective remediation.

Skills

Knowledge in scripting language (e.g., Python)

Strong analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of Operating Systems

Good understanding of Databases

Good understanding of Networks

Good understanding of Enterprise Applications

Education

Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
