NEUTRON PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Analyst (Data Policy) to support a Singapore Government Agency in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust data governance and data protection policies.

You will help drive responsible data usage and ensure alignment with national standards and public sector regulations. The role focuses on policy analysis, development of governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to promote enterprise-wide data governance across

Qualifications

Experience in data governance, data protection, or data management.
Formulation of data policies, standards, or frameworks.
Information lifecycle management or records management.
Conducting risk assessments or business audits.
Reviewing data protection and confidentiality clauses in agreements.

Responsabilités

Data Policy & Standards Development: develop, review, refine governance policies, standards, frameworks and guidelines.
Governance Advisory & Compliance: advise on data protection legislation and public sector governance requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: liaise with internal departments, government agencies and external partners.
Capability Building & Awareness: create training materials and conduct engagement to raise governance awareness.
Operational Governance Support: manage data access, sharing requests, and governance workflows.
