Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in public sector procurement or procurement of complex services.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with technical and business teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage processes and timelines.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in technology and its application for the public good.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Procurement Partner to assigned government technology clusters, managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Provide timely procurement guidance to technical and business stakeholders to navigate the acquisition process.
• Manage full procurement and contract lifecycle for a portfolio of complex, in-flight projects.
• Develop data-driven procurement strategies using market intelligence and supply-chain insights.
• Lead tender and evaluation processes in line with Government policies, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring accountability to contractual obligations.
• Act as primary contact for all procurement-related matters within the portfolio.
