Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Communicate and collaborate with the coordination and construction teams, understanding the Construction Work Flow, types of activities, and planned schedules. Identify parties/public affected by the works.
• Establish contact with property owners and occupiers within and around the project vicinity.
• Communicate courteously and tactfully with third parties and affected parties.
• Familiarize with all interested or affected parties related to the project.
• Engage regularly with local constituents for feedback, complaints, and positive mitigation measures.
• Monitor and assist in managing complaints from constituents regarding the project works.
• Serve as the primary communication contact for complaints and feedback, coordinating with the project team for meetings and briefings.
• Provide public project information and ensure proper understanding, subject to Authority's CC clearance before dissemination.
• Build and maintain a positive reputation for the project.
• Organize project events and prepare press releases for the Authority’s CC.
• Draft survey forms, conduct surveys, and gather feedback on the construction works.
• Create posters for dissemination to affected parties, with prior Authority’s CC clearance.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with affected parties, addressing concerns within reasonable means.
