Public Relations Officer (Marketing executive)
As the Marketing Specialist for cardiology services, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services in alignment with the overall objectives of the hospital. Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, and outdoor to raise awareness about cardiology screenings, events, and new procedures. You will also be tasked with monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor services, and gathering patient feedback to identify growth opportunities.In addition to marketing strategy and execution, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the cardiology department and media outlets, patients, and the general public. Your role will involve preparing press releases, articles, patient success stories, and other public relations materials. You will also be responsible for organizing press conferences, public health talks, and community outreach programs to enhance the department's visibility.Furthermore, you will oversee the digital marketing efforts related to cardiology topics, including managing social media content, optimizing online presence through SEO and targeted ad campaigns, and tracking campaign analytics to make data-driven decisions. You will also play a crucial role in promoting the cardiology department's branding through various channels and materials, as well as coordinating events like heart screening camps, awareness days, and webinars.Moreover, you will be involved in developing outreach strategies to strengthen relationships with general practitioners and referring physicians. This will entail creating materials and presentations for physician liaisons and business development initiatives to drive referrals to the cardiology department.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital or specialty clinic setting. A strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in marketing tools are essential for success in this position. Additionally, experience in cardiology or other specialized medical fields, graphic design or video editing skills, and fluency in multiple languages (if relevant) would be considered advantageous.This is a full-time position that requires your presence in person at the designated work location.
