Responsibilities:
- Manage the service quality and profitability of the outlet.
- Ensure high service standards are consistently maintained.
- Oversee product quality, adhering to predetermined standards, guest satisfaction reviews, and competitive benchmarks while enforcing strict compliance.
- Optimize outlet efficiency and profitability.
- Plan manpower deployment and ensure efficient use of operating equipment.
- Review guest feedback and implement proactive measures to enhance event execution and customer dining experiences.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food and beverages served; maintain proper inventory management and conduct audit checks.
- Adhere to operational budgets and cost control measures.
- Develop and execute the monthly marketing plan for the outlet.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance Food & Beverage operations.
- Understand market trends and collaborate with department heads to develop tailored menus.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Required skills: Food & Beverage, marketing, sales, HR, procurement, P&L management.
- Proficient in English & Chinese (oral and written) communication.
- Strong knowledge of safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to manage and lead staff effectively.
- Commitment to professional values and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent public relations and communication skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
