Job Description

  • Liaise with stakeholders, residents, subcontractors, and government bodies (e.g. PUB, HDB, MOM, Town Councils).
  • Handle, track, and respond to stakeholder feedback and complaints via email, letters, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of each case.
  • Coordinate rectification works based on public/stakeholder concerns.
  • Conduct site engagement visits before and after works.
  • Prepare and distribute communication materials (e.g. newsletters, public notices).
  • Organize community engagement sessions and stakeholder meetings.
  • Submit weekly and monthly PR updates for management and client review.
  • Monitor public sentiment and manage project-related reputation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in communications, HR, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • Min. 03 years of experience in the filed of PRO in construction field.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
