To be successful in this role, you will need to….
- Have 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency environment.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be a go-getter who can demonstrate excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Be proactive and curious by nature. Always seeking new opportunities and staying ahead of industry updates and trends.
- Be able to cultivate and maintain strong client and media relationships.
- Have a passion for storytelling with the ability to develop and lead creative strategies and briefs.
- Effectively manage the team to ensure that all client work is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve agency processes and optimise profitability.
- Contribute to business development by supporting pitches, identifying new opportunities, and helping to grow the agency’s client portfolio and presence across the region.
- Be collaborative and enjoy seeing your clients and team succeed.
- Be excited by consumer lifestyle, bars, restaurants, spirits, hotels and destination brands.
- Be able to tell client stories across multiple channels, from traditional to social media, digital marketing, events and more.
- Be self-driven with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise deliverables.
- Be creative and curious by nature.
- Know how to take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously.
