The Role (Not for the Faint-Hearted!) Warning: This position involves juggling multiple projects, tight deadlines, and occasional PR miracles! As our PR Communications Executive, you'll work directly with our Founder in a hybrid arrangement where results matter more than clock-watching.

You'll be the Founder's right hand, learning the PR trade from the inside out while managing everything from media pitches to client strategy. Think of it as a PR boot camp training for high tolerance, but with better snacks and actual career growth!

You Are:

• A communication charmer with writing skills that coax journalists to actually read your emails
• Energetic, resilient and responsible enough to thrive when five deadlines hit at once
• Cheerful under pressure (your smile remains intact even when a client forgets and steers in the opposite direction of the original brief)
• Genuinely gung-ho about PR (yes, we can tell the difference!)
• A team player who brings positive vibes even during pressure cooker periods when we are rolling out campaigns and launches

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or related field preferred
• 0-3 years of experience (high-achieving fresh grads, former journalists, influencers, digital specialists are welcome - we love anyone who writes beautifully!)
• Must be a Singapore citizen/PR or have appropriate work authorisation
• Boundless enthusiasm and a "let's make it happen" attitude

• Craft press releases that make journalists wake up like with double espresso shots
• Build media relationships that actually get RSVPs from WhatsApp text
• Manage timelines that would make project managers weep with joy
• Create pitch strategies that cut through the noise and pin-point what audiences want
• Support our clients with the right blend of creativity and strategic thinking (the latter can be honed if you’re a fast learner)
• Fact check and proof-read like Speedy Gonzales, yet be ruthlessly meticulous, scrutinising every detail through the magnifying lens of Sherlock Holmes (nothing gets past you)
• Ravenous to devour absolutely every learning about PR, branding and communications, while having more fun and adrenaline than should be legal at work
