You’ve cut your teeth in a consultancy. You know the drill—clients, chaos, deadlines. Now you’re done pushing decks for someone else. It’s time to own the brand narrative from the inside, working directly with decision-makers in a company that builds real things in the real world.

A proactive doer. You don’t wait to be told. You spot gaps and fill them.
A visual thinker. You understand physical space, aesthetics, materials—and can translate that into compelling communications.
A digital native with AI superpowers. You already use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Gamma, etc. to make your work faster, better, and more powerful.
A natural storyteller. You write and edit copy people actually want to read—sharp, witty, clear. Style counts.
A hustler. You get things done and you don’t make excuses.
Bonus: You have taste. You read Monocle. You know what good design feelslike. Maybe you dress well too.

What You’ll Do:
Build our brand voice—across owned, earned, and social media
Craft narratives around our projects: part spatial, part strategic, all visual
Work like an agency, but inside the business—fast, iterative, lean
Handle press, content, stakeholder communications, internal campaigns
Partner with design leads, project managers, and leadership on reputation, storytelling, and positioning
