WOLFGANG MUSIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive digital marketing specialist to manage organic and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and to drive SEO/SEM efforts.

You will analyze data, optimize ROI, produce engaging content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of best practices in a fast-paced media environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years experience across PR, social content and/or digital marketing, with strong copywriting.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily execution of organic social posts and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage and optimise search engine activity (Google SEO/SEM).
• Drive newsletters and retargeting campaigns to boost ROI.
• Prepare daily reports and optimize bids and budgets for ROI.
• Roll out brand initiatives supporting brand strategies across digital channels.
• Keep up-to-date with paid media best practices and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute flexibly.
• 5.5 days’ work week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily execution of organic social media posts and paid social campaigns on primarily Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage and optimise daily execution of search engine activity (both paid and organic), mainly Google SEO and SEM.
• Manage and continuously optimise users re‑engagement activities such as newsletters, display retargeting, social retargeting, etc.
• Work on daily reporting & bid and budget optimisation to improve the ROI of your campaigns.
• Roll out brand initiatives which support brand strategies, including digital and social media efforts
• Keep up to date with paid media best practices and strategies.
• Contribute to other cross-functional projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute
• 5.5 days’ work week

Requirements

• Min. 2-3 years of working experience across all areas in public relations, social content and/or digital marketing, preferably with strong copywriting skills
• Fresh graduates may apply
• Hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics
• Proven success in campaigns generation and/or optimisation that improved ROI preferred
• Strong data analytical skills and passion in experimentation
• Knowledge of CMS (e.g. Wordpress), Marketing Automation and CRM tools
• Familiar with internet and mobile technologies development and consumer trends a bonus
• Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candour
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring or knowledge sharing among team members that build a positive team culture
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
