Job summary

A Global Retail MNC in Singapore is seeking a Public Relation Specialist to enhance brand visibility and strengthen media relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in public relations or brand communications, along with excellent writing and interpersonal skills. This role involves developing press content, managing media relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Public Relation, media relations, influencer marketing, or brand communications.
  • Proven ability to manage media and KOL relationships effectively.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories.

Our client is a Global Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Public Relation Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories to increase visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and influencers.
  • Create compelling content such as feature articles, interviews, and thought‑leadership pieces to amplify brand voice across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze Public Relation campaign results to refine communication strategies.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs and influencers to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Manage content planning, approvals, contracts, and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand tone, values, and marketing goals.
  • Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in‑store channels.
  • Coordinate brand activations, events, and photoshoots to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all communications.
Requirements
